Refund policy

Live Claim Policy- A deposit must be paid before you start claiming items. Once your deposit is received, i will open a basket for you.

All live claim invoices must be paid within 24 hours of claiming. Failure to do so will result in: Your claimed items being returned to inventory, loss of your deposit, Being blocked from future purchases.

Once your deposit and invoice have been paid you may choose to: Have your items shipped on the next ship-out date, or leave your basket open for future claims.

Cup Policy- All cups are final sale. No refunds will be issued unless there is a problem with your cup when you receive it.
